The Premiere Plantation Package:

Terms of Payment
A non-refundable deposit of 50% of the total rental is due in two installments. The remaining balance and guest count will be due 10 days
before the event. A $500.00 refundable security deposit will also be due 10 days before. We accept Visa, MasterCard, and Discover.

  • The spectacular 1800-square-foot glass carriage house equipped with a fabric lined ceiling allows for a very dynamic celebration. Two additional 20 x 20 high peaked tents compliment your food and beverage stations.
  • A gorgeous bridal suite with attached parlor and elegant full sized mirrors. This suite provides comfort as well as privacy.
  • The cake room is exquisitely designed to enhance the beauty of your wedding cakes. The table is complete with an elegant linen, charming cake stands and service pieces.
  • The spiral staircase that leads to the grand entrance will take your breath away.
  • A professional floral arrangement of your choice of color will enhance your special day.
  • A gift table and antique register table is provided.
  • 150 wood chairs and tabled seating for up to 150 guests, are complete with white linens and fresh floral centerpieces of color choice. (Additional chairs are $3.00 ea., tables are $30.00 ea.)
  • Complete wedding day coordination with personalized itinerary gives way to a more relaxed and enjoyable event.
    One hour rehearsal the day before the event and a 30 day run-through to discuss details of your special day.
