LODGING POLICIES
The Plantation House Boutique Inn is a family-owned and operated sanctuary of Southern charm, where every reservation is treated with care and every guest is considered part of our story. Every guest is more than a booking, they're a friend we can't wait to spoil.
A 50% non-refundable deposit is due at the time of your reservation. The remaining balance will be due at check-in.
Check-in: 3:00PM-6:00PM. If arriving outside of check-in times, please call to make arrangements. We do offer super easy "self checkin" option if this is more convenient in your scheduling.
Check-out: 11:30AM
No smoking inside the House. This includes vapor and e-cigarettes. However, designated outdoor smoking areas are available.
No Pets. Please call for help in making arrangements to board your pets.
Enjoy the taste of Southern cooking, "Luey Style", provided between 8:00am-9:30am daily. Mornings are meant to be savored. Our breakfast is prepared mostly from scratch, with love and a little "Luey flair". Enjoy hearty favorites like: *Made-to-order custom omelets*Buttermilk golden waffles*Fluffy buttermilk pancakes*German Pancakes(Texas style)*Southern-style biscuits and gravy*Breakfast tacos*Avocado toast.. Each morning is different, but oh so yummy. For those on the go, we always have Luey's signature banana bread, freshly, brewed coffee or tea and a bountiful basket of seasonal fruit waiting for you....because every day deserves a delicious beginning.
Children are not allowed in pool without an attending adult. There will be NO lifeguard on duty. Diving is restricted and please no swimming after 10:00PM. You and your family's safety is our most concern. We do supply beach towels and fun floats located near pool.
To ensure everyone enjoys a restful stay, we kindly observe Ouiet Hours from 10:00PM-8:00AM thought the Inn.
In the event of a pandemic, government shutdown or an uncontrollable event, vouchers will be issued instead of refunds.
The Austin area and Pflugerville area has several Toll roads. If getting a rental from the airport, we suggest discussing options with your rental agent about Toll package purchases. If they offer a daily fee, it would be beneficial to purchase. These tolls truly help in getting faster to your destination.
GIFT CERTIFICATE POLICIES
Gift certificates must be presented at check-in along with a valid driver's license. Gift certificates are transferable. Any remaining amount on gift certificates can be used at a later day up to the expiration date. Gift certificates cannot be redeemed for cash.

AUTO-COLLECT
At the time of booking, 50% of the reservation balance will be collected. Payment for all retail items and gift certificates will also be collected. Applies to: all reservations.
CHILDREN & PETS
Children are welcome with an accompanying adult. Pets are not allowed.
